Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication and time management skills A minimum Cert III in commercial cookery (or equivalent) HACCP, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements Your own uniform: traditional long-sleeved chef jacket (no logos) & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes Police Check or willing to obtain one Got all of the above?
